Mr. Tang Kwan
Mr. Tang Kwan, aged 85, Honorary Chairman and Non-Executive Director of the Company, is one of the founders of the Company. He has over 50 years of experience in machinery trading in Hong Kong and the PRC. Mr. Tang was appointed as the Honorary Chairman and Non-Executive Director of the Company on 18 September 1997. Mr. Tang is the father of Mr. Tang To, Chairman and Executive Director of the Company. Mr. Tang is an administrator of a member company of the Group and a director of certain companies related to certain substantial shareholders of the Company within the meaning of Part XV of the Securities and Futures Ordinance.
