Mr. Cheng Tak Yin
Mr. Cheng Tak Yin, aged 71, Independent Non-Executive Director of the Company, has over 38 years of experience in business management. Currently, he is the Vice Chairman and Director of Hong Kong and Kowloon Machinery and Instrument Merchants Association Limited. He was appointed as Independent Non-Executive Director of the Company with effect from 30 January 2007.
